The Belle Vale Shopping Centre is a 250,000 sq. ft. suburban covered scheme which was asset managed, extended and refurbished by WD on behalf of a UK fund.

The goal of achieving full occupancy, a new rental tone and inserting vitality to the retail mix by the addition of three new large stores was achieved.
